We want you to be completely satisfied with your plant selection. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the living nature of plants, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you have concerns about your plant.

We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include:

  • Replacement of damaged or unhealthy plants
  • Exchange for a different plant selection
  • Refund in cases where replacement is not possible

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, plants must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Received within the specified timeframe
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that plants are living organisms and may show natural variations or minor changes during transit.

Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt
  2. Provide details about the issue and photos if applicable
  3. We will review your request and provide instructions
  4. Follow the return instructions provided

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Refund amounts may vary based on the condition of the returned plant and circumstances.

Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In cases where we are at fault, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.

Consumer Rights (UK)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have certain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

These rights include:

  • The right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality
  • The right to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described
  • The right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receipt (subject to certain exceptions for perishable goods)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return:

  • Plants that have been significantly damaged due to customer negligence or improper care
  • Custom or personalized plant arrangements that were specifically created to your specifications
  • Plants that have been in your possession for more than 30 days (unless there is a defect that was not apparent initially)
